Red-shouldered Macaw
Macaws ar effervescent. Their boisterous behavior makes you just love them. Mexico, South and Central America are their native lands. They live in evergreen forests, love the rains, and are fond of bathing. Once they mate, they live with their partner for their entire life. Thus, you usually find them in pairs. They have strong beaks, strong enough to crack open a coconut. Their average lifespan is around 50 years. There are 17 living species of macaws, and most of the types of macaws are endangered.
